Chairman
Jeff is a well known face in the Marine and Energy Industries. He is the founder and Chairman of the group, having set up ETPM in 2007 and built the business to include Pirie & Smith in 2011 and founded UCO along with Mick Bower in 2017.
Along with steering the group, Jeff works with the Seafarers Centre and mentors a number of start up companies.
Pirie & SMith Business Unit Lead
Richard joined the team in 2019, to support the growth of Pirie & Smith and other Group companies. He is responsible for the drive to digitise our processes and supporting the Operational teams.
Richard is an Electronics Technician, working in the ROV industry for many years, before making the leap to further his career in onshore Technical and Operations Management including work on ROV, Marine and Subsea Mining projects.
UCO Business Unit Lead
Mick heads up the UCO team, and is instrumental in the development of new technology. An experienced leader, with expertise in ROV and Diving, having worked worldwide on project deliveries and divisional management, Mick is well versed in meeting client needs and ensuring the service provided exceeds expectations.
